Koopman's Orginal Pancake Mix Bottle - 175g

Ingredients Wheat flour chicken tea powder (free range) maltodextrin oatmeal cornmeal buckwheat flour salt raising agents (E341, E501) anti-caking agent (E551)

Preparation method
Add yourself: 400 ml of milk For 4 to 6 pancakes. *Shake the bottle before adding the milk so that the mix is released from the bottom.
Preparation method 1. Important: shake the bottle a few times with the cap down, so that the mix comes loose from the bottom of the bottle. 2. Open the bottle and add milk (about 400 ml) to the mark on the side of the bottle. 3. Close the bottle carefully. 4. Turn the bottle over with the cap down. Check that all mixes come loose from the bottom. If this is not the case, give the bottle a firm tap so that it comes loose. 5. Shake vigorously for about 1 minute until the mix is completely mixed with the milk. 6. Heat a knob of butter or dash of oil in a hot frying pan. 7. Pour some batter into the pan, let it run over the bottom and fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
